Animal Videos Cure All

I feel a little bit down tonight and I think it’s because I’ve been giving myself a hard time for not accomplishing as much as I’ve wanted to lately. I’ve been posting more but I’ve also been procrastinating a bit on some important tasks on my to do list.

Fortunately, there are always cute animal videos to make me feel better when I need it the most! This one I just saw on a taped Ellen DeGeneres Show and it is friggin’ adorable.

Sigh, how can you not love animals?

  1. Oh gawd, how CUTE is THAT!!! Animals do make us feel better don't they.

If you love these sorts of videos and haven't been to www.cuteoverload.com you'll discover a whole truck load of them with all sorts of animals.

Now, STOP beating up on yourself! We all get a bit stuck and procrastinate sometimes (or a lot). It's a bit like dieting... if you stuff up you just have to try and put it behind you and move on to the next day. Same with procrastination I reckon.

Now I just need to take my own advice, forget about the way I've been putting things off (I have nearly 300 school reports to write and I'm putting off starting - lol), and just get stuck into it!

    Think I'll start tomorrow. ;)

    Hope you feel better soon.

  2. Darn, it is no longer available.

Honor your feelings and be kind to yourself. We all procrastinate and we are all way to hard on ourselves.
I just read Linda's comment. Yes! good advice.

    Hang in there.

  3. Linda - thanks (as always) for your words. You're like my Australian therapist :) I feel like I've procrastinated so many things over the last number of years that I sometimes worry that I'm falling right back into my bad habit. But I am trying to focus more on my accomplishments than my To Do list.

I hope you've gotten on well with your school reports!

SmallSweetSteps - I just reposted the video for you and enjoyed watching it again myself :) Thank you for your kind words as well, the reinforcement helps!
