Looking for My Groove

Can a mid-life crisis strike at any age?

From personal experience, I’m going to have to say yes because I’ve felt like I’ve been in the middle of one for months now…sigh.

Growing up is hard isn’t it?!

Since before I started this blog, I felt like I had finally found my path…but lately I’ve felt like I’m way off course and struggling to find my way back.

Recently it’s gotten even tougher and I haven’t felt like writing much and I wanted to share the reason why I’ve been so absent lately.

I have lots of blog ideas though, so I plan to write when I can…but for now I have to focus on getting my groove back.

  1. Jenn, I think a crisis (midlife or not) can certainly strike at any time! Sounds like you're doing the right thing and focusing on yourself and trying to 'get your groove back!' I go through stages of crisis where I have to look inward for a while and take a bit of a rest from the fast paced world around me. Spoil yourself a bit!

  2. I'm with Linda, totally. And it means you have a brain. People who don't get through crisis are the ones who don't ask themselves questions and that is always a bad thing, because you never grow better if you don't question yourself every now and then. And remember after the crisis there is always an amazing creative rush. Stay calm and take the time you need!
